Airports

The Bangor area is serviced by a major international airport: (BGR) (approximately 4 miles away). The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion is accessible by public transportation, hotel shuttle service, and taxi from the airport.

Aisles

For safety and as a courtesy to other ticket-holders, please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Aisles should be kept clear at all times. We ask that you comply with these policies & any patron not in compliance is subject to ejection.

Alcohol Management

For most events at the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. All guests will be required to show ID to purchase alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages from outside and may not leave with alcohol purchased inside the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest. Alcohol is served at most Waterfront Concerts events. Venue staff is trained in responsible alcohol service management. 

  • To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present a valid state driver’s license, state ID, passport or military ID, which indicates the patron to be a least 21 years of age (ID cards, duplicate licenses, expired licenses, damaged licenses and driver’s licenses, which do not have photos, will not be accepted).
  • Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages on premises may be requested to produce identification, which must satisfy the foregoing requirements. No refunds will be offered for confiscated alcoholic beverages.
  • Any patron who presents false identification or who passes alcohol to a minor may be subject to eviction and arrest.
  • We will not serve more than two alcoholic beverages to a patron at one time and we reserve the right to limit service to one drink per patron.
  • Our alcohol service will end at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of an event. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time.
  • We will not serve any patron whom we believe to be intoxicated.
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or removed from the premise.

Animals

The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion has a strict policy towards animals on the premises and therefore does not allow animals or pets at the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion under normal circumstances, with the exception of service animals such as guide dogs. The ADA defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. (See Service Animals)

ATMs

Machias Savings Bank has provided the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion with an ATM located next to the box office for your convenience.

Autographs

All ticketholders and guests must abide by the instructions of Security staff members at all times.

Backstage Passes

The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion does not distribute backstage passes for any event. Tour management for each artist is the sole issuer of passes and information.

Bag Searches

We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal detecting hand wands upon entry. All hand bags should be smaller than 8 X 12. Ladies’ handbags as well as diaper bags will be permitted upon inspection. No large shoulder bags, or backpacks. All other bags will also be subject to search and deemed appropriate for admission by Security.

Binoculars

You are more than welcome to bring a pair of binoculars with you to the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion to enhance your overall experience.

Bottle Caps and Containers

All Bottle caps will be removed from all bottle sold inside the venue. Coolers are not permitted inside the venue & outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted in the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion at any time.

On-site Box Office is located on Railroad Street, & is ONLY set-up on show day

Will Call: If you need to pick up tickets at will call. The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion on-site Box Office will open at 3:00 pm on the day of an event. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a photo ID, and the order number.

Broken Seats

If your seat is broken, please contact the nearest Usher, Security Officer, or Guest Relations Representative for further assistance.

Buses

Greyhound. Please call the After drop-off, buses and limousines are not permitted to wait in the drop-off area. We suggest you communicate via cell phone with your driver for pick-up information.

Cameras

For most events, small point & shoot cameras will be permitted into the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion, however, you must refrain from using a flash during the performance. Taking photos with flash during events is distracting not only to the performers, but your fellow patrons as well. Video cameras/recorders are strictly prohibited. This policy will be strictly enforced. For concert events, this policy is at the discretion of the artist. Please call Guest Relations at 207-358-9327, any weekday during normal business hours, for more information.

Camping

For all events, camping is not permitted at the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion

Cancelled/Postponed Events

In the rare event that a Darling's Waterfront Pavilion event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, please visit the event listing on this website, specific to the event you possess tickets to for more information. (See Weather)

Children

For most events, all children who have reached their third birthday require a ticket to gain admittance to the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion. Any child who has yet to reach their third birthday does not require a ticket, however, they may not occupy their own separate seat and must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Please check the event profile for your specific event for more information prior to your purchase of tickets. For any questions, you may contact Guest Relations at 207-358-9327, any weekday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Code of Conduct

The staff has been trained to intervene when deemed necessary and to use their best discretion to help ensure that guests who ignore the Code of Conduct do not interfere with other guests’ ability to enjoy an event. Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund and, to the extent their conduct constitutes a violation of law, may be subject to arrest. Season ticketholders may also be subject to having their season subscription revoked. We thank you for your cooperation.

  • Guests shall be respectful of others around them.
  • Guests shall avoid blocking the view of other guests.
  • During some concerts, the artists may request that guests be permitted to stand immediately in front of their seats during the entirety of the performance. On those occasions, standing guests shall continue to be respectful of others around them and avoid blocking the view of other guests.
  • Guests shall not interfere with the event, the performers or staff in any way.
  • Guests shall refrain from using foul/offensive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects and engaging in other behavior detrimental to the experience of other guests.
  • During events, guests should avoid blocking the view of seated guests. Guests shall adhere to the instructions and
  • directions of arena staff.
  • Guests shall not stand on seats or any other building structure.
  • Guests shall not block the aisles.
  • Guests shall not occupy a seat or remain in an area for which they do not possess a valid ticket and shall provide their ticket upon request.
  • As required by the City of Bangor, guests will onyl be permitted to smoke at designated areas at the Bangor Waterfrotn Pavilion.
  • Guests who consume alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner.
  • Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate or offensive behavior to an Usher, Security Officer or Guest Services Representative.
  • Guests shall comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operational and emergency procedures.

We ask all guests to be respectful of others around them. Any guest who interferes with the enjoyment of another individual during an event is subject to ejection from the building. During performances we ask all guests to remain seated for the duration of the performance. Depending on the demographics of certain concerts, standing may be accepted as normal protocol. Guests are permitted to stand if the majority of the audience is doing the same. Some entertainers will instruct the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion staff not to ask anyone to sit down during their performance. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted and may result in ejection from the event.

Concessions

Food and drink is allowed in the seating area, however, we ask that you be respectful of the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion and others sitting around you. If you are looking for a snack or a drink at an event, please stop by one of our vendors to purchase soda, coffee, and bottled water. At most events, food is available for purchase as well as beer, wine, and spirits. CASH Some vendor stands do accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, and Discover Card. Currently, the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion does not take debit or credit for beer. Outside food and beverage, including water, are prohibited.

To Charitable Organizations from Waterfront Concerts

To request a donation Waterfront Concerts, please fax your request on your organization’s letterhead to our Community Relations department at 207-827-3508, or send us an e-mail at donations@waterfrontconcerts.com.

If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend an upcoming event, you may donate your tickets. Please send your tickets in a traceable manner to donations@waterfrontconcerts. Please also include your name, address and telephone number so we may send you a letter of acknowledgement. All donated tickets must be received no later than 2 business days prior to the event. Dress Code

Unless otherwise noted, the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion does not have a formal dress code. We do ask, however, that you use your best personal judgement when dressing for an event.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Point

We suggest that you drop your party off and pick them up. Please understand that you cannot stand or park in these areas. The best way to coordinate a pick-up spot after an event is to communicate with your driver via cell phone. If you are arriving via private bus or limousine, please call the for more information.

Emergency Contact Numbers

The best way to be contacted during an emergency is to set your beeper or cell phone to vibrate. The emergency contact telephone number during events is our Security Office Please be sure to leave your seat location information with your babysitter, as the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion will not page ticketholders during an event.

Emergency Evacuation

Should there be an immediate need to evacuate the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion Guests will be given instructions via, to the extent available, the public-address/open-caption systems. Guests are encouraged to:

  1. Be aware of their location in the Pavilion at all times.
  2. Identify the two exits located nearest to their seats.
  3. Listen, watch for and follow instructions from the public-address system, video screens (if available).
  4. Ask for assistance and information from Security Members*, police, and medical and security personnel.
  5. Designate a meeting location outside the Stadium for their group in the event that they become separated during an evacuation.

Entry & Exit

To enter the venue, we have two entrances that access all levels of seating. Please follow the direction of Darling's Waterfront Pavilion staff. Upon exiting the venue, please exit toward Railroad Street & follow cross walk signs at Main Street intersection. 

Facility Surcharge

A facility surcharge is assessed to help defray the administrative costs of running our Box Office and our facility. You will find that some venues are charging this fee and that it is in line with industry standards. This facility surcharge ($4.00) is included in the price of each ticket. Any ticket with a face value above $15.00 is subject to a facility surcharge.

First Aid

Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT’s) are available at every event for medical emergencies.

Flash Photography

Photography inside the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion is prohibited at all times. Flash photography is not only distracting to the performers, but to your fellow concertgoers as well.

Food and Beverage

Bring in outside food and beverages, including water, is prohibited from the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion, however, there are food concessions once inside.Aside from the traditional fare of hamburgers and hot dogs, we also offer favorites such as pizza, fresh cut french fries, sandwiches, subs, ice cream and coffee. If you have a medical condition that requires you to bring in outside special food and beverages, please contact Guest Relations at 207-358-9327, any weekday during normal business hours, prior to your event or please email us at medical@waterfrontconcerts.com if you have a medical conditions you may want to discuss with Waterfront Concerts trained medical staff & security.

Gate Times

Gates to vendor alley for Darling's Waterfront Pavilion events open two hours prior to event start time. The seated venue opens one hour prior to start time.

Golden Circle Seat Reservations

This section is found within the first 10 rows. Golden Circle seats are premium tickets considered by many to be the best in the house, with outstanding sight-lines and acoustics.

Inclement Weather Policy

The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion rarely cancels or postpones events due to inclement weather. Please be advised that tickets for all events are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis. This stipulation is clearly marked on each ticket. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be posted, as soon as we receive it, on our website as well as on our main information telephone line at 207-358-9327. Lost Tickets

If you have lost your tickets or they have been stolen before your event takes place, please return to your point of purchase for further assistance. If you have purchased tickets through TicketMaster by phone or TicketMaster Online, please call TicketMaster Customer Service at 866-858-0007.

Meet & Greets

ALL meet and greets are offered through the artist, and artist tour management only. We suggest signing up for their fan clubs, or follow instructions on their website. Instructions are supplied by email from the artist mangement, or with your ticket package. We suggest you contact the artist through their website, or facebook with questions.

Meeting Family & Friends

Due to a large amount of pedestrian traffic prior to events at the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion, we suggest you meet your party outside on Front Street. Another good spot is Railroad Street.

The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion has many points of sale from which you may purchase merchandise at an event. You may use your American Express, Visa, Diners Club, Discover Card, or MasterCard.

Pat-Down Search

At all events at the Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion security staff deem it necessary to conduct a pat-down search. If performed, search will be by an employee of your gender. Please note: You may have to wait for an officer of your gender to become available. You have the right to request that the pat-down be conducted in a private location that cannot be seen by other concertgoers, employees or the general public. Again delays may occur. The pat-down search must be witnessed by another security employee. In addition, you have the right to have the search witnessed by a companion or anyone else of your choice. You have the right to request a chair if you need to sit down. You should tell security before the pat-down search begins – if you have any physical condition that makes it hard for you raise your arms or to remain in the position for undergoing a pat-down search. You should also tell the staff member if you any areas of your body that are painful when touched. Our security contractor should never ask you to remove or lift any article of clothing to reveal a sensitive part of your body. If Contraband is found: Patron may have to undergo “additional screening” and local authorities may be involved.

Pre-Sale Information (WFC Insider & Hollywood Casino Platinum Club)

For all events at the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion, members of our Insider & Hollywood Casino Platinum Clubs may decide to purchase presale tickets which WFC Insider members may participate in. During a pre-sale, a limited number of tickets are available for sale within a specified amount of time prior to the sale of tickets to the general public. Please note that while a pre-sale can afford you the opportunity to attempt to purchase tickets before the general public sale, there is no guarantee that you will be able to obtain certain blocked tickets since, as in normal ticket-selling situations, there is a limited supply of tickets, and artists will sometimes hold tickets for their fan club members. In order to participate in most artist presales a special code is required. For events where an artist has arranged for WFC Insider & Platinum Club members to participate in a presale, club members will be notified of the guidelines of the presale via e-mail. Prohibited Items

We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light as you may be subject to search. We ask that our guests avoid bringing unnecessary items. The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion may utilize metal detecting hand wands, walk-through metal detectors or other devices. Bags that have passed inspection must fit comfortably under your seat. Amongst items that are prohibited from The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion are: weapons, laser pens, signs, banners, oversized bags, outside food and beverage, including water, cans, bottles, alcohol, drugs, video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices and SLR cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses. You may bring in a disposable, 35mm or digital point and shoot camera (with no zoom or telephoto lens), however, for some events, cameras of any type and/or flash photography may be prohibited.

Recording Devices (Audio & Video)

Video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses are not permitted inside the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion at any time. This policy will be strictly enforced. You may bring in a disposable or 35mm camera (with no zoom or telephoto lens), however, for some events, cameras of any type and/or flash photography may be prohibited.

Re-Entry

All exits are final. Guests are not permitted to leave an event and then re-enter the same event. For all events at Darling's Waterfront Pavilion, all exits are final, even for guests who smoke. Guests are not permitted to leave an event and then re-enter the same event. However, on rare occasions this policy may differ, and will be printed directly on the ticket.

Recording Devices

For most events, the seating capacity is approximately 16,000, however, this capacity does change depending on the scaling of the event.

With the exception of the pit section, reserved seating is numbered from 1 starting in the center aisle.

Security

The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Any guest in need of assistance during an event should seek a Guest Relations staff member, Usher, or Security Officer.

Signs and Banners

Large Signs and banners are not permitted into the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion at any time. Guests are welcome to bring signs that are 11 X 17 or smaller into the building to show their support for their favorite team, player, or entertainer. Signs may not be derogatory in any manner and must not contain foul language. Signs must be hand held and cannot be mounted on a stick or pole and they cannot block the view of other guests. Any interference with the enjoyment of another guest’s experience will result in the confiscation of the sign and/or possible ejection from the venue.

Smoking

The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion has designated smoking areas in the back of the venue. Smoking is prohibited in the seated area of the venue, and in all outdoor areas or any portion thereof where food or drink is prepared, served or consumed on the premises. Our staff is committed to a safe entertainment experience and will enforce Maine’s Public Place Smoking Law (22 MRSA § 1550 et seq.) This policy is strictly enforced. Violation of this regulation is grounds for ejection. Furthermore, all exits are final and the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion does not allow for smoking passes.

Standing

During some concerts, the artists may encourage guests to be permitted to stand immediately in front of their seats during the entirety of the performance. On those occasions, standing guests shall continue to be respectful of others around them and avoid blocking the view of other guests. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted and may result in ejection from the event.

Strollers

The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion does provide a free stroller check for selected events. However, the venue is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen strollers and items. If you need to check your stroller during an event, please speak with a Guest Relations staff member upon your arrival.

Cellphones

Please be courteous to fellow patrons when sing your phone.

Temporary Disabilities

If you have a temporary disability/injury and you have already purchased tickets to an event, please call the Disabled Services department at 207-358-9327, Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m-4:30 p.m. and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to attend the event in a comfortable and enjoyable manner. When calling, please have the event, date, section, row, and seat available.

Ticket Stubs

Your ticket stub is proof that you are in possession of a valid ticket for the event that you are attending and also designates your correct seat location. This information will also help our staff locate your party in the event that you become separated. Darling's Waterfront Pavilion staff may ask to see your ticket at any time during the event. You will also need to keep your ticket stub in the rare occurrence an event is cut short for any reason.

Tickets

  • Purchasing Tickets Tickets for events at the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion may be purchased at the following authorized points of purchase: in person at any of our Box Office’s at the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion, Mark’s Music, online through this website (which will hyperlink you to Ticketmaster), at a Ticketmaster Outlet or by calling Ticketmaster at 866-858-0007. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are subject to Ticketmaster service fees in addition to the cost of the ticket. These sources are the only authorized ticket-selling agents of the Waterfront Concerts. Please be advised that we cannot vouch for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source. Counterfeit and other invalid tickets will not be honored by the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion. If you would like to purchase tickets on the day that the event is taking place, you may only do so directly in person at the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion Box Office. Please note, tickets for concerts are not sold at the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion on the first day of sale.
  • Accepted forms of payment Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover are all acceptable forms of payment at our Box Office. We do not accept checks or money orders.
  • Disabled Services The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion provides disabled accommodations and sells tickets to disabled individuals through our Disabled Services department, which may be reached at 800-745-3000, any weekday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Guests in need of disabled accommodations may also purchase tickets through Ticketmaster (by calling 866-858-0007 or through ticketmaster.com). Video Screens

For some concert events, artist will bring & utilize large video projection systems. *There is no permanent closed circuit video installation at the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion.

Weather (Rain)

The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion is an outdoor open amphitheater with no overhead covering in any section. Concert-goers are subject to the elements; wind & rain ect. The average temperature during the season ranges between 55 and 90 degrees. Due to the proximity to the Penobscot River and a normal Maine climate the temperature may drop more than 10 degrees during the evening. Ponchos and sweatshirts are available for purchase at the merchandise tent at the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion.

  • Severe Weather Policy
    Waterfront Concerts rarely postpones events due to inclement weather. Please be advised that tickets for all events are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis. This stipulation is clearly marked on each ticket. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be posted, as soon as we receive it, on our website as well as on our main information telephone line at 207-358-9327. Wheelchairs

Accessible seating, wheelchair seating, and companion seating are available upon request. Please purchase tickets for the event then contact our ADA Assistant regarding your needs. Since many events at the theater are general admission with first come first serve seating, the earlier you can contact our staff, the easier it will be to seat you. Will Call

The Will Call window is located at our main entrance, it can be found at our on-site Box Office, which is a blue pop-up tent labeled “Box Office”. If you are picking up tickets at Will Call, please bring valid photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets with and your confirmation number. Please be aware that the Will Call window generally opens at 3:00PM or 2 hours before gates open to a show & closes 1/2 hour after the event start time.

The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion does not accept tickets dropped off at our Will Call window. The Will Call window is for patrons who have ordered tickets through TicketMaster or have House Seats arranged directly through the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion.

Will there be a make-up date if the event gets rained out?

All events are RAIN or SHINE and unfortunately no areas are under cover. Come prepared with rain gear in the case of inclement weather. Umbrellas are not permitted so please bring ponchos and hats. In the case of severe thunderstorms, please follow us on twitter & facebook or visit waterfrontconcerts.com for information on when the show will resume.

Is it seated or standing?

Tickets that have general admission or lawn section on them are standing sections but you are welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, boat cushion or we suggest a Self inflating seat to sit on. Tickets with a section, row, and seat number are seated sections and chairs will be provided. Lawn chairs are not permitted. (See event details for seating information)

Can I bring a cooler with beer and food in it?

Coolers are not permitted nor is alcohol or any outside food or beverage. There will be a beer tent for people with valid id as well as vendors selling food and drink.

Can I bring water or snacks for my medical condition?

No outside food or beverages are allowed through the gates.

Can I bring a professional camera?

Safe bet is no. Most acts do not provide us that information until day of show and each act is different so your safe bet would be to leave your expensive camera in your car. Small point-and-shoot cameras are generally OK and posted in our event details section.

My knife was confiscated. Can I get it back?

No, any contraband confiscated during the night will be disposed of so please leave anything you don’t want taken away in your vehicle.

Can I smoke at the show?

Only in designated areas. The rest of the venue is a tobacco free zone.

What time is the show?

We list the times that the gates open, & all event times are subject to change at the request of the artist, & your printed ticket may not reflect start time correctly. Occasionally, if an event start-time is adjusted, event door times listed on our website are updated. Gates generally open 2 hours before opening artist.

Can I leave the show and come back?

No, re-entry is not permitted.

Is there an ATM?

Yes, Machias Savings Bank has provided the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion with an ATM located next to the box office for your convenience.

PARKING

Where do I park?

In Bangor, Reserved Parking passes are available for purchase with any ticket sale. Reserved spots can be found on Front St, Pleasant St, and Summer St. and General Parking is available at Pickering Square Garage. Reserved Parking passes are $20 and General Parking Passes are $10 and available through the Ticketmaster Box Office at 1-800-745-3000. All other parking is in public or private lots separate from us.(Also see Parking)

Will there be shuttles running?

No. Sorry, you are responsible for getting yourself from your parking spot to the venue.

Where is the all-day festival lineup?

We found that keeping the group exclusive was one of the most important things to our members. To make it easier for our staff to administrate, and club members to enjoy, we adjusted our package to better help facilitate the program until we have a more permanent facility.

How do I share my Insider / Platinum / Season Pass?

As an Insider member, you are able to share your physical pass with friends and family. To keep the group exclusive, our presale e-mails we send out should not be disseminated or shared/copied

This Pavilion Access Guide was developed to provide our guests with disabilities with information about Bangor Waterfront Pavlion. A variety of accommodations are available to make your experience an enjoyable one.

  • The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion has an Accessible Services Program (ASP) to better serve patrons who experience disabilities and individuals with special needs. There are a limited number of public designated accessible parking spaces located around the Bangor waterfront. Prior to a concert the parking spaces are public, but they become handicap spaces for concert events. The majority of the spaces are located on Front Street between Seadog Restaurant and Railroad Street.

Wheelchair spaces are located in the General Admission Lawn Area, ADA Section, & seated sections.

Disabled Services Tickets

The Darling's Waterfront Pavilion provides disabled accommodations and sells tickets to disabled individuals through our Disabled Services department, which may be reached at 207-358-9327, any weekday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Guests in need of disabled accommodations may also purchase tickets through TicketMaster (by calling 866-858-0007 or through ticketmaster.com).

Companion Tickets

At a minimum, based upon availability, you will be permitted to purchase tickets for you and one guest beside you. You may also purchase tickets based upon availability for additional guests in close proximity to our wheelchair sections.

Seat Relocation

If you are a wheelchair user and obtain non-accessible tickets please call the Disabled Services department in order to be relocated, whenever possible, to a designated wheelchair location. We do, however, encourage you to utilize our services when purchasing tickets, so that we may better assist you.

Temporary Disabilities

First Aid (Medical)

Emergency medical personnel and ambulances are at Darling's Waterfront Pavilion during all concert events. There is two first-aid locations: Lawn Level and at the main entrance on Railroad Street. Automated external defibrillators are located at EMS points inside the Pavilion, and designated medical personnel have been trained and certified to use them. Guests in need of medical assistance should notify security personnel or the nearest Waterfront Concerts Guest Service Team Member or go to the nearest first-aid station. Roving medical personnel are also available throughout the Pavilion.

Ramps

There are two ramps located inside Darling's Waterfront Pavilion: one adjacent to left-field side of the lawn section near Main Street and one adjacent to main gate near handicap parking on Front Street. Both ramps are wheelchair accessible.

Where is your handicap parking?

In Bangor, Handicap Parking is available & spots can be found on Front St & is FREE and filled on a first come first serve basis. I am a wheelchair user and obtained non-accessible tickets from a friend or company, can I use them?

YES If you are able to obtain non-accessible tickets, and you are a wheelchair user, please call the Disabled Services Department in order to be relocated, whenever possible, to a designated wheelchair location. We do, however, encourage you to utilize our services when purchasing tickets, so that we may better assist you.

I am a wheelchair user and would like to sit with my friends and/or family members. Is this possible?

YES At a minimum, you will be permitted to have one guest beside you. We will allow additional guests to sit with you based upon availability in the wheelchair sections. We also have additional companion seating in close proximity to our wheelchair sections.

I am a wheelchair user, am I forced to sit in the rear?

NO the Bangor Pavilion has dispersed wheelchair seating throughout the venue at several price levels. Additionally, if you are able to transfer to a seat and wish to do so, we can provide an aisle transfer seat.

I cannot attend an event; does this mean I lose my money?

If you are unable to attend an event, please contact the Disabled Services Department prior to the event taking place for further instructions.

I already have tickets for an event and I recently broke my leg and have a cast on. What can I do?

Doors normally open two hours prior to the start of the event.

Is there handicapped seating and parking?

The prices shown are the prices for one ticket to each of the six shows included in the Megaticket Package.

HOW MANY CAN I ORDER

There is a limit of six (6) Megaticket Packages per person. Multiple separate orders received from the same person that take you over the 6 package limit will be voided without notice. The limit is in place so that the system is fair and more people are able to participate.

VIP CLUB - WHAT'S THAT

The VIP Club is used by sponsors, season ticket holders, venue VIP’s, and Megaticket platinum package patrons. There is VIP food service, bar, and private restrooms in the VIP Club. There will be ONE (1) VIP Club Pass (good for each show) sent with each Megaticket platinum package purchased.

CREDIT CARD ENTRY - PAPERLESS ENTRY 

IS CREDIT CARD ENTRY DIFFERENT FROM PAPERLESS TICKETS?

Nope, it’s the same thing – just a new name.

HOW DOES CREDIT CARD ENTRY WORK?

If the artist, team, or venue uses Ticketmaster Ticket Transfer, you can send the tickets to anyone you want – free! To see if Ticket Transfer is an option for your event, just click the order number under Order History in My Account and look for the Transfer Tickets button. 

If you don’t see the button, you may be able to walk your group to the entrance and show your credit card and ID to get them in. But please check with the venue!

WHAT IF I HAVE TO SHOW MY TICKET AGAIN AFTER I GET IN, LIKE TO ACCESS A SUITE?

Just show your seat locator slip! You’ll get one at the entrance when they swipe your card to find your purchase.

CAN I BUY TICKETS WITH A GIFT CARD OR VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD?

Sorry, you gotta use a credit card – the plastic kind – so it can be swiped at the entrance to find your purchase.

WHAT IF THE CREDIT CARD I USED EXPIRES BEFORE THE EVENT?

Just bring the old card, or the replacement card with the same account number. If you destroyed the old card and your new one has a different account number, please contact Fan Support.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO BRING THE CREDIT CARD I USED TO PURCHASE?

Oh no! Go straight to the box office for help. Each venue has its own policy, but they’ll probably ask for your photo ID and purchase confirmation email. You can show them the email on your phone, and the name on the email must match your ID.

I USED A CARD I SHARE WITH MY SPOUSE – CAN THEY GET IN WITHOUT ME?

As long they’re an authorized card user! Just make sure your better half brings the card and a photo ID.

CAN I SELL CREDIT CARD ENTRY TICKETS?

That’s up to the artist, team, or venue! If they give the green light you’ll see a Sell button when you click the order number under Order History in My Account. 

If you don’t see the Sell button it’s probably because the tickets are in high demand, and the artist, team, or venue wants true fans like you to get the seats you want at face value by eliminating unfair competition from professional scalpers. Without the ability to resell tickets at steep prices, scalpers have no reason to snatch them up when they go on sale using automated software, or “bots”.

WHY IS CREDIT CARD ENTRY THE ONLY OPTION FOR SOME EVENTS, OR SOME SECTIONS?

When Credit Card Entry is the only option it’s probably because the tickets are in high demand, and the artist, team, or venue wants true fans like you to get the seats you want at face value by eliminating unfair competition from professional scalpers. Without the ability to resell tickets at steep prices, scalpers have no reason to snatch them up when they go on sale using automated software, or “bots”.
