At Waterfront Concerts we are working very diligently to address any concerns during events & issues that are reported.
This is a new venue for us & there is a learning curve. We are constantly trying to better our product so please Contact Us with any issues you have so we can work to address those as well.

How do I buy tickets? (Also see Tickets)
Our ticket agents accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover, checks & cash. Tickets ordered over the telephone or online must be paid by credit or debit card. Service handling fees apply to all orders. Please call the LTicketmaster Box Office at 1-800-745-3000 or visit waterfrontconcerts.com/ticketmaster

Where do I get my will-call tickets?
There will be a local Box Office set up for the day located next to the main gate on Railroad Street by the railroad tracks. You can pick up your will call tickets there starting @ 1 pm on the day of any major event, look for the teal WaterfrontConcerts.com Box Office tent on Railroad Street.

Will there be shuttles running?
No. Sorry, you are responsible for getting yourself from your parking spot to the venue.
Is there handicapped seating and parking? (Also see Parking)
Yes, please let the box office know when you are purchasing tickets that you are looking for handicapped seating. Handicapped parking is located along Broad Street, & we do have shuttles for people within our handicap parking area.

Where do I park?

Reserved Parking passes are available for purchase with any ticket sale. Reserved spots can be found on Broad St, Pleasant St, and Summer St. General Parking is available at Pickering Square Garage and sometimes at the Bangor Civic Center. Reserved Prking passes are $20 and General Parking Passes are $10 and available through the Ticketmaster Box Office at 1-800-745-3000. All other parking is in public or private lots separate from us.
Is it seated or standing? (Also see Seating)
Tickets that have general admission or lawn section on them are standing sections but you are welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, or boat cushion to sit on. Tickets with a section, row, and seat number are seated sections and chairs will be provided. Lawn chairs are not permitted.

Do I need a ticket for my child?
Kids under the age of 3 are free and strollers are permitted.

What happens if a show is cancelled. Will there be a make-up date if the event gets rained out?
All events are RAIN or SHINE and unfortunately no areas are under cover. Come prepared with rain gear in the case of inclement weather. Umbrellas are not permitted so please bring ponchos and hats. In the case of severe thunderstorms, please follow us on twitter or visit waterfrontconcerts.com for information on when the show will resume.

Can I bring a cooler with beer and food in it?
Coolers are not permitted nor is alcohol or any outside food or beverage. There will be a beer tent for people with valid id as well as vendors selling food and drink.

Can I bring a camera?
Safe bet is no. Most acts do not provide us that information until day of show and each act is different so your safe bet would be to leave your camera in your car.

My knife was confiscated. Can I get it back?
No, any contraband confiscated during the night will be disposed of so please leave anything you don’t want taken away in your vehicle.

Can I smoke at the show?
Only in designated areas. The rest of the venue is a tobacco free zone.

Can I leave the show and come back?
No, re-entry is not permitted.
