
Bangor Waterfront Pavilion is an open air amphitheater constructed each summer inside Waterfront Park in Bangor, Maine. Waterfront Park is a 58 acre public park on the Banks of the historic Penobscot River in the heart of the downtown district. The unique function of operating in a public park is that the park can be configured any way an act desires including seated, General Admission or a mixture of both. (See Seating Chart) Also, we can have multiple stages inside the main venue or throughout the whole park for multi day festivals. BWP has hosted the likes of Tim McGraw, Bob Dylan, Jason Mraz, Godsmack, Toby Keith, Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert, Lady Antebelum, Ray Lamontagne, Carnival of Madness, Avalanche Tour, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The J. Geils Band, just to name a few. Bangor Waterfront Pavilion’s is conveniently located in the center of Maine and is easily accessible from all points in Maine, New Hampshire and the Eastern Canadian Provinces. (See Location) It’s proximity to Downeast Maine, especially Acadia National Park, The Northern Lakes Region and Baxter State Park make it ideal for a getaway weekend before or following a show.
